WHO WE ARE

DICEC’s history began in 1990 when its founder, David Guerra, started providing engineering services to the US Armed Forces in the Panama Canal Zone. The company grew rapidly, and was soon comprised of a complete team of qualified professionals and engineers specializing in electromechanical and HVAC applications and solutions.

Today, DICEC has a portfolio of clients that covers all the sectors of the Panamanian industry, including the scientific, pharmaceutical, and commercial sectors. The company offers design, consulting, supply, installation, and repair of electromechanical and HVAC systems, including the manufacturing and installation of ducts. In addition, DICEC provides design, installation, and consulting of other heat transfer and fluids engineering solutions.
